To book activities and events for your children, simply navigate to our listing page to view all listings and when you find your preferred vendor you can book them via booking page and view the available options. Once you have found the activity or event you want, select the date, time and number of children attending and then proceed to checkout to finalize your booking.
Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking as long as the vendor allows so and the cancellation and return policies are adhered to. For more information, please refer to the cancellation and rescheduling policy for the specific activity or event. You can manage your bookings via your account dashboard on our website.
The age restrictions depend on the activity or event in question. Age requirements or recommendations are stated for each activity or event. Please check the details of the activity or event before booking to ensure that it is suitable for your children.
Our activities and events contain detailed descriptions, including information on the age group, difficulty level and special requirements. In addition, you can contact our customer service team for personalized recommendations based on your child's interests and abilities.
Joining KidzyClub as a vendor is easy and rewarding! Here’s how you can get started:
Visit Our Website: Go to the KidzyClub homepage and click on the "Registration" button to access the registration page.
Create an Account: Fill out the registration form with your details, including your business name, contact information, and a brief description of the services you offer.
Provide Details: Share information about your activities, including age groups, locations, schedules, and any special offerings. This helps parents understand what you provide.
Review and Approval: After submitting your application, our team will review your information. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Customize Your Profile: Log in to your new account and customize your profile. Add photos, detailed descriptions, and pricing for your activities to attract families.
Start Connecting: Once your profile is live, parents will be able to find and book your activities through KidzyClub, allowing you to reach a wider audience and grow your business!

Your business page includes features such as contact info, images, check-in, Offers, Menus, addresses, opening hours, etc. It is recommended to update regularly with the latest info. As a business owner, just click on edit on your page or use your dashboard.
As a business owner, you can directly respond to your reviews. It is in your intuitive dashboard.

Yes. We have a new feature that you can add instant appointments to your business page. But you can also use functionality to manually accept and decline appointment requests.
To create an account and list your business for free, click on the registration button. Creating listings on KidzyClub is also free. You only pay fees when a service or event is booked. This money goes into marketing activities and further development of the platform. The commission for KidzyClub is 15% and additional payment fees of up to 2.9% + CHF 0.30 (Stripe payment fee) will occur.
